What Is The Membership Plan ?
Mantra with its wellness packages offers 12 months membership and 6 months membership for our clients. These memberships include vouchers for the treatments and free consultations. The membership has three categories: Platinum, Gold and Silver.

Membership lapses after the expiry period unless renewed within three months after expiry
Membership vouchers can be renewed after expiry period by paying AED. 50/- per voucher per month.
No show policy - Revalidate voucher by paying AED. 50/-
Lost voucher - No refunds, no replacements
Use of voucher for a treatment - Pay the difference in MRP
Renewal of membership which are lapsed for more than 15 months - Membership cannot be renewed.
Vouchers can be transferred from one person to other person.
Refund Policy – No refund.

Can I Use Other Curative Therapies With Membership Vouchers ?
You can avail 15% discount on any other services being a member; you can also upgrade to any other service by paying the difference amount from the paid voucher price.
